Aspartus PLC

Aspartus is an OFEX Investment Vehicle set up principally to invest in companies operating in the European environmental protection market. The management believe that there are a number of private companies operating in this market sector that have considerable potential for growth if financed on a structurally sound basis and will look to make a reverse acquisition or investments in due course.

Aspartus has already made it's first 'green' investment by purchasing 2.7m shares in AIM quoted KleenAir Systems which was successfully floated in March 2006.
